Sunshine Dairy

At the former site of the Sunshine Dairy facility, the new seven story apartment complex features 271 housing units with elevated green space, central courtyard, and parking in an underground garage. The basement level is a large mat slab with shotcrete walls. Levels 1, 2, & 3 were constructed using post tensioned concrete. The complex is located in Southeast Portland with nearby access to I-5 & I-84.
